War leaves a profound emotional legacy. One response to these emotions is participation in the ceremonies of remembrance.

This walking tour will take you past many of the monuments built by the South Australian community to honour those who served and fell in conflict.

The tour starts in the foyer of the State Library on North Terrace, with a small plaque that commemorates the service of Library, Museum and Art Gallery staff in World War I.

The tour should take approximately 60 minutes from Library to Library, and 75 minutes if you continue up North Terrace and finish at the Light Horse Memorial and War Horse Memorial.
